Set expiration times for API and service-user tokens

You can now set a token lifetime when creating API tokens and service-user tokens in the dashboard. Workspace managers can also enforce maximum lifetimes for member tokens created in their workspace.

From the CLI, use modal token new --expires-in 7d to create a token that expires after seven days. See the token CLI reference for supported options.
