Improved container inputs view

The container inputs view in the dashboard has been overhauled.

Filtering: filter inputs by date range and by status (success, error, in progress). Filters are persisted to the URL so views can be bookmarked and shared.

Chart: scrub to zoom into a time range, and see success, error, and in-progress inputs stacked within each bar.

Table: rows now show status and duration, and hovering a row highlights the corresponding bars in the chart.

We also fixed an issue where the inputs chart could show only a subset of the data for busy containers.
