Initialize a sample Modal App.

Usage:

Arguments:

• [NAME]: The name of the template to load.

Options:

• -o, --output TEXT: Location for storing the template. [default: .]
• --force: Overwrite the output directory if it already exists.
• --help: Show this message and exit.
